Thus Spoke Elchibey Kitabıstan (Kitabıstan) "Thus spoke Elchibey" is a 4-part book series that comprises interviews, speeches, letters, and appeals of Abulfaz Elchibey, the former president of Azerbaijan. Each part covers a distinct period of Elchibey's activities, namely the Azerbaijan National Liberation Movement, his presidency, his time spent in Nakhchivan, Kalaki, and his return to active politics. The books also feature some of the orders and decrees signed by A.Elchibey during his presidency. The last part of the series contains writings and statements from some famous people about A. Elchibey after his death, as well as a piece written by his brother about his passing.
