Personalities with enlightened ideas have played a crucial role in determining each nation's place in the world's history. Thanks to the progressive ideas of these individuals, people have been able to assert themselves to the world. People who lack such personalities are still bound by the traditions of clan, tribe, and prehistoric period and cannot make any significant contributions to humanity.
Mahammad Amin Rasulzade was important not only to the Islamic and Turkish worlds but also to humanity as a whole. His activities reflected many important human values such as enlightenment, science, education and creativity, collegial management, women's rights, republicanism, political tolerance, multiculturalism, and secularism.
M.A. Rasulzade wrote his articles in the old Azerbaijani language, which is difficult to understand today as they were written according to the requirements of their time. Therefore, the reader today had difficulty in reading and understanding them. In this four-part book, the ideas, writings, speeches, and appeals of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh, one of the founders of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, have been adapted into modern Azerbaijani language for the first time by Kitabistan. Today's young generation should not need to use a dictionary to read M.A.Rasulzade's ideas. They should read and understand them in a way that is relevant to the present day. Henceforth, there should be no barriers or impediments between our own thoughts and those of M.A.Rasulzade. We will read, comprehend and explicate.
